Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We offer the following shipping options for products shipped from our U.S. warehouse:

Products Shipped from Brazil

Certain products are shipped directly from Brazil. These items are clearly identified on the product detail page with:

  • A Brazilian flag icon, and
  • The statement: “This product ships from Brazil.”

Split Shipments

If your order contains both:

  • Products shipped from the U.S. warehouse, and
  • Products shipped from Brazil

Your order will be shipped separately from each location.

Shipping charges will be applied independently to each shipment as if they were separate orders. 

Estimated delivery: 11-16 business days from the order date depending on warehouse location.

*Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.



3. Shipping Addresses

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Please provide a complete shipping address, including any apartment, suite, or unit number.
We also ship to P.O. Boxes.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages (Important Consideration)

To provide additional peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout.

If You Purchased Route Package Protection

If you added Route Package Protection to your order:

  • Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Claims must be filed directly through Route.

  • Route will review and issue refunds or replacements according to their policy.

To file a claim:
Please reply directly to the Route confirmation email you received after placing your order confirming that your package is insured or access the website www.claims.route.com
Route’s support team will guide you through the claim process.

Once your claim is approved, Route will process your refund or replacement directly.

If You Did NOT Purchase Route Package Protection

If Route Package Protection was not selected at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or household members

  2. Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout

  3. Contacting your local USPS office to open a claim

  4. Notifying us at info.usa@ybera.com, and we will do our best to assist you

Please note: In cases where Route protection was not purchased, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

*We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout for full coverage against loss, theft, or damage.
