For Deep Conditioning: Apply to clean, damp hair, working section by section through the lengths and ends. Gently massage to distribute evenly. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once a week for intensive care.

For Quick Conditioning: Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair, massage gently through the lengths and ends, then rinse thoroughly.
