REFUND and RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 standard days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The Ybera USA LLC (ybera.us) has a standard 30 days timeframe for returns, but also notes that refunds is made according to the reason for the return, as detailed in “Return conditions and requirements”.
Return Policy Details
You will have 30 standard days from the day it is delivered to return an item for a refund unless stated otherwise within the “Return conditions and requirements” and “additional information”.
Shipping charges will NOT be refunded, and you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Returned: Exchange Periods
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the deadline period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new or clearance products. This policy applies to purchases exclusively from www.ybera.us; Form of Refund

Return Conditions and Requirements
Special Considerations:
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your “return and exchange” deadline period to Ybera USA LLC and we’ll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange deadline period, please send an email to our Customer Experience Center via email (info.usa@ybera.com) for special instructions.
In this case the return shipping will be paid by Ybera USA LLC
Please allow up to 15 days for your refund after we receive the product, as detailed in “additional information.”
Simple Withdrawal of Purchase
If you receive a product and have decided to cancel your purchase you have a standard 30 days timeframe for returns.
Please send an email to our Customer Experience Center via email (info.usa@ybera.com) for special instructions.
Shipping charges will NOT be refunded, and you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges.
As detailed in “additional information” please allow up to 15 days for your refund after we receive the product.
Returns Lacking Proof of Purchase:
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, may be denied, or limited.
Product Accessories and Packaging:
Please return item with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
Bundle Discount and Free Items:
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
Lost or Stolen Packages (Important Consideration)
To provide additional peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout.
If You Purchased Route Package Protection
If you added Route Package Protection to your order:

Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Claims must be filed directly through Route.

Route will review and issue refunds or replacements according to their policy.
To file a claim:
Please reply directly to the Route confirmation email you received after placing your order confirming that your package is insured or access the website (www.claims.route.com)
Route’s support team will guide you through the claim process.
Once your claim is approved, Route will process your refund or replacement directly.
If You Did NOT Purchase Route Package Protection
If Route Package Protection was not selected at checkout:

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or household members

Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout

Contacting your local USPS office to open a claim

Notifying us at info.usa@ybera.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note: In cases where Route protection was not purchased, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
*We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout for full coverage against loss, theft, or damage.
Additional Information
1) Evidence (photos and videos) will be required to prove the fault and justify the return. For more information, please contact our Customer Experience Center via email (info.usa@ybera.com)
2) Products must be returned unopened, with the seals intact and with the original packaging. Returns of products that have already been opened and/or used will not be accepted.
3) After receiving the product, Ybera USA LLC has 15 days for analysis and verification. If the legitimacy of the request is proven in accordance with the items above, we will issue the refund.
4) Products purchased using a GIFT CARD will be refunded using a discount COUPON (credit in the virtual store www.ybera.us)
